        Very few technicians ARE professionals and caring. Others after many verbal requests and recommendations from patients and Doctors for best treatment ARE NOT FOLLOWED. Resulting in angry words from managers, supervisors that if we dont like their work, we can change to other clinics. Many patients dont like to have their technicians changed every mo th. Because many are sent home with complications.

        This is kind of a newer dialysis facility. It opened in 2016 or maybe it was 2015. The staff here are helpful and friendly. However, at this point in time (Apr.2018) there is no social worker in the pm shift. I think we need to have one. I mean, at least one!
