Somehow I missed this Google review. I was misled by the Insurance directory showing 5 stars, which clearly was an error. The attitude or the lack of professionalism of staff was not right. Because I was confused by their Estimate of treatments, I consulted my insurance for the pricing. My insurance advised me to request a Pre-approval Authorization to be submitted by the dentist office and this process should not take more than 2-3 weeks. Well, that coordinator or whatever his position is has not yet submitted after 4 weeks. He initially said that he has all the pricing for the insurance and was a waste of time. Now I am convinced that he did not want me as a patient.

Dont waste your time and money!!! Your teeth are a part of your health and everyday life its not worth it. They have 3 locations so watch out for all 3 of them. (Terra Nova, Palomar, & Eastlake)
They will take your time, money and leave you SOL. Dont let the fake kindness and nice office fool you. When you actually need them to take care of something that all goes away. There is something sneaky about this place like they try to play you for dumb. And tbh I was dumb enough so Im leaving this review to warn others. When I asked to a refund for a product THEY FAILED to properly follow through with Stephen brought up how his niece has cancer... so unprofessional, weird and manipulative. As a mother I would be appalled if anyone used my child as guilt bait. I wonder if his niece knows hes just using that as a tactic instead of refunding money.
They will schedule you and when you come in on time they will say oh no youre app was for tomorrow . The first time I was like oh weird but the third time that happened I was prepared with proof that they did in fact schedule me. After that they said Id still have to wait another 30 min bc the dentist were at lunch. They will also schedule me at 9 am when they open and not even be there!!! Why tell me to show up 15 early plus take even more time to open up.
I went to them for braces which I was told would only take 6-9 months bc it was cosmetic. $4k and 18 months later Im going to have to find new care to do what they couldnt.

Im only giving them a 1 star because I cant give them -5. So basically youll go in and they will tell you they have payment plans for your treatment while your in the chair give you paperwork on it and everything. Then when you get to the front desk to book you appointment theyll tell you that you have to pay the full amount up front with no payment plan. They wanted me to pay over $800 up front. And so I only put down $100. And then the next day I called my insurance and changed dental offices after seeing the 1 star review. And so I called them to get a refund of my $100 and Steven the office manager said they dont do refunds. Even though keep in mind the paperwork clearly
States that they do give refunds just 50%. Steven knows that but chose to lie about it. Which shows what type of people your dealing with. They have deceptive practices to get money out of people and so I reported them to my insurance company so they know not to send people there again. I would say if your thinking about going here dont. They have a 1 star for a reason and they arent a good dental office. NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE!!! EVER!!!
