The entire staff is very friendly and helpful.  Like most people I dreaded going to the dentist.  Ever since a cousin recommended Dr Nguyen, I've visit him regularly.  Dr Nguyen is very compassionate to your phobia and is very patient with you.  I now go every 6 months with him.

This office has two dentists.  Both dentists have worked on my teeth.  On three different occasions, after Dr. Nguyen worked on my teeth, each time the tooth was so sensitive that I had to get either root canals or get the tooth pulled to stop the pain.  Finally, I avoided getting any further dental work done by him.  Regarding the other dentist, Dr. Lu, I was very satisfied with her work.  The problem with Dr. Lu was that she was only in the office 1/2 day per week, according to the staff.  The other 4 1/2 days she was away from the office, working at other locations; that's why I finally stopping going to Perfecta Dental.

I was recommended to see Dr. Nguyen by my dad who had a great experience. Well I scheduled an appointment, provided them with my insurance info & etc. My first appointment basically consisted of regular check-up (x-rays & doctor's consultation). Everything went nice and smooth, I even scheduled my next appointment for an actual treatment. A few days later I find out how much they charged my insurance for a simple check-up & x-rays. $239!!! When I called their office and asked why so much $$ just for x-rays, they tell me they don't know & they haven't gotten any payments from my insurance, & if I have any questions I have to contact my insurance. Ok, I call my insurance & I find out this dental office is "not-in-network" and this is how much they basically charge insurances if they are not contracted.Alright! You guys are not-in-network. What was the whole reason of providing you w/ insurance info a week prior to my appointment? You could've called me and at least let me know you are not contracted with my insurance. Well, this is what an "honest" dental office would've done. If they would've told me they are not-in-network, I wouldn't have wasted my time & money...
