        had a lot of pain in my jaw and I went to the Sorrento Valley gentle dental on march 22nd. The guys there did a whole lot of imaging a lot of x-rays and then they referred me to an oral surgeon that was actually from gentle dental, but that did not have an appointment for at least 20 days. The closest date he had available, today was not in the Sorrento Valley unit of gentle dental, so I had to go to Chula Vista. I was in a lot of pain so I spent 20 days finding solutions on my own as they did not present me with any of the alternatives. Things like wearing a mouthguard. None of that. No medication. They only said I had a TMJ problem and thats why they sent me to an oral surgeon. When I got to the Chula Vista unit I waited for more than an hour until a woman came out and said well I dont know why they referred you to this oral surgeon but he doesnt do anything regarding TMJ and basically sent me home. I lost meetings at work, I drove for 40 minutes to get there, and when I got there 5 minutes late the lady in the reception said oh WOW really late!. And they they made me wait for 1 HOUR for nothing. so I wanted to say with all the words that need to be said: stay away from these jerks, they have no respect for your time, your pain and your needs. Youd be better off reading Reddit forums as I did.
