No show- $ 75.00 charged. 290 Landis Ave A&B, Chula Vista, CA 91910 I am extremely disappointed with the above dental clinic's services My family of 2 always disagrees with customer service at appointments. When I signed up, the cancellation fee was less than $30. Last time, I was informed that I had missed my appointment. They mentioned last-minute cancellation fees. To my dismay, when 2 of my family members came in for their regular exam and after they got cleaned up, the office charged me $75 for the previous cancellation fees. They told me it wasn't their responsibility to remind clients of appointments. However, they reminded me about this appointment. I have never encountered any cancellation fees at the other 3 dental clinics for my family members. After cleaning, that's when the patient sees the Dr. Why? They rip off military families. I and my family are 100% dissatisfied with this dental clinic.

Lucky to find Dr Dominguez when my dentist retired and I had extensive repair work needed. Dr Dominguez and her wonderful staff are professional and knowledgeable, while administering precision dentistry with kindness, empathy and patience. Up to date practice with compassion for cowards like me! Very thankful for good experiences so far!

I am updating my comments.  I forgot to state they charge for everything.  They even charged me for copies of my dental records. I was never charged by other dentists.  This dental office overcharges everybody, but the never complain.

I left another comment under the name Delirious Misteak and my opinion hasnt changed. I got a root canal (1st one) done before my 2nd infection i talked about in my last post, and the root canal failed and im reinfected again! my dentist suspects that she failed to properly clean my tooth before the crown so the bacteria grew again! I haven't stepped into this office since I found my new dentist because Ana does not care about your wellbeing, she is there to profit from you. I truly believe she intentionally harms you so you can come back and give her money. Ill see you in court.
