Beech Tree Academy

Shady and her team were amazing. My child started here at one year old until three a half years old. Shady was very professionally and was always very informative when I asked for guidance through transitional phases like potty training, nap scheduling, and age appropriate learning and behaviors. She has an extensive background in child care and her curriculum, as well as my childs progress, attests to that. I am very grateful to Shady and everyone she has working with her.

I am Very satisfied with Ms Shady and her team. I am so happy I found a daycare that I felt very comfortable with for my son. They are very communicative and responsive throughout the the day. My son really enjoyed going and he learned so much from them. I love that they have a structure daily routine with activities that help them develop their skills. Highly recommend this is definitely the right daycare.

My wife and I were looking at/touring daycares for a few months before we found Beech Tree Academy. As soon as we found it we knew it was the best place for our daughter, McKenzie. She was 12 months old when we started her. She took.to it great and we c4edit a lot of that to the competence and capabilities of the Beech Tree employees. Shady Bordwell is the owner and she is awesome. Super consistent, great communication skills, and one of those naturally maternal people. The kids are always so happy when I pick McKenzie up. The Beech Tree team makes all their breakfast, snacks, lunch (good healthy stuff). They are also great at figuring out cool/indirect ways of getting the kids to learn through games and play. For example, our daughter is now 18 months old and she can count 1 through 10. Obviously not perfectly, because her speech is still developing, but it's cool and she definitely learned that at Beech Tree. Plus they use this app called "Brightwheel" to share updates with the parents throughout the day. I really appreciate that app, makes my wife and I feel like we can be part of McKenzie's day when we are working. Would recommend this daycare to anyone.

Look no further if you are in search of a home daycare! Beech Tree Academy was the best place for my daughter from when she was one to two and half years old. She loved all the activities, crafts, story time, and outside play that was offered. She definitely grew and developed cognitively while attending, we are sad to have moved her, but we moved far away. I highly recommend Beech Tree Academy and the director Shady is an amazing care giver who cares about her kids and their development.

We started our daughter Macky at Beech Tree Academy right at the 1 year mark and it was the best decision. Shady Bordwell, the owner, is truly unique with the level of effort and care she brings to each day. She was born to work with young children and you can tell right away that she enjoys every aspect of the job. Her employees, Miss Alexa and Miss Liliana are equally kind, thoughtful, and capable. Their daycare quickly became a vital part of our family and daughters developmental success. A lot of this was due to this team an how they came into each day eager to learn about what was and wasnt working well for our daughter, they always prioritizes her + the other kiddos safety and wellbeing, but they also make sure to incorporate fun, play, and educational components to each day. So grateful to have found Beech Tree.
