      image This is a terrible place to live. HOA fees are high for substandard upkeep. We had termites in our unit. Were told to take care of it ourselves. Parking lot is full of loose gravel and potholes, never gets fixed. Tenants here are constantly breaking rules regarding children playing in common areas and noise. People just do whatever they want here with no regard for their neighbors. Too many oversized dogs despite having a rule regarding oversized pets. Place sounds more like a kennel than condos. Numerous complaints have been sent to HOA, but they are completely worthless regarding rule enforcement.
