      Good morning. This does not sound like the way we operate. We try and get repairs done the same or next day. Some repairs require board level repairs and need to be sent out to our repair center which can sometimes take a few weeks but not all motherboards are repairable. Sometimes they simply are just too far gone and need to be replaced. Which we also do unless the price of the replacement is declined. I apologize your computer was not repairable but unfortunately sometimes that is the case with everything. Our priority is customer satisfaction. I don’t see your name on our customer database. When did you bring the laptop to our store? Are you sure you have the right computer shop?
