Starbucks

Hi I been a customer fir many years here There fore months ago I was treated w Poor customer service this young man had a snobby attitude this male barista assisted me acted so sassy and rude , I had told him it was my bday n how was it possible to get a free drink he didnt even want to bother n just told me I couldnt get it since I had just uploaded the Starbucks app was pretty blunt n rude careless not considerate at all more like he shut the door on my face n go somewhere else is what I felt , Anyhow I went to a different Starbucks n had no issue at all was soo kind immediately gave me a drink n actually says Happy Birthday that I was thankfull being that I have been a Starbucks customer for many years the least he could of done was greet your customer specially after I had mentioned my birthday instead very snobby n he ruined my day n had to go some where else to get a drink anyhow that was my experience there @ H n Broadway
