        If you are going to do business with Stan, run away. Otherwise, you will have a horrible experience. You will regret doing business with him for many reasons and especially, renting one of his units. He owns multiple properties besides his chiropractic business. Unfortunately, we had the experience to rent one of his units. This review is about doing business with Stan himself, it is not about his chiropractic business. I have never used his chiropractic service. Sadly, he does not keep his promises. You agree upon something then he acts as if he did not agree. Regardless if it was written or not, he will not keep his promise. He will find minor things to charge you for. If not he will make them up. Here is a real example, during a walk he shows us the floor with his cell phone light to a line that is impossible to see. Then he comes with something in the ceiling that no one has anything to do with. He can be aggressive and violent if you disagree. He got in my face to beat me up. What stopped him was my warning that I would call the police if he kept his distance that close to me. In short, Stan like some of the reviewers mentioned "he is sleazy and shady to do business with." Even his best friend shared that he is an (fill the gap) and impossible to do business with.

        Very unprofessional calls his patients and tell them that their insurance hasnt paid and if they dont pay them then their credit is going to drop and he doesnt want that happen. Then calls back a second time and says that the credit is gonna be affected by notice I never received by his company or my insurance. Also, very unprofessional with slapping your knee when its crossed telling is it a certain way. I would give him a zero if I could..
