The lack of care from a single employee in this entire operation is mind boggling!! I dont think there is anyone responsible for anything. If my customers in my service business were treated the same way this place treats its customers I would be out of business. The quality of cleaning is shoddy at best. Streaks and missed spots all around. Youll end up having to inspect and quality control yourself and then finish the job yourself. Just atrocious. If it wasnt for their prime location this place should have been out of business, and deservedly so. Go somewhere else Do it yourself wait for the next rain do anything but to come to the Shell gas station/car wash in Eastlake. Youll only disappoint yourself.

Hey everyone, you want to waste your money and have a terrible experience at a car wash? Then come here and it will not disappoint! Worse place ever. Dont believe me? Read the other reviews. Dont just take my word for it. Oh and forget about talking to one of the managers. They are arrogant, rude, and offer no resolution to your complaint. How are they still in business? Maybe because they are attached to a gas station and its convenient for people to get a wash. Make no mistake, you will have a really bad experience sooner than later. Added 12/06- Owner responded to my review. Asking me to contact their team to see how they could make things right. That tells me that he didnt read my review in its entirety. I did contact the manager which told me that if I want good results every time I have to give big tips. Thats why I said he was rude and arrogant. Anyway. This is my honest experience.
