First and foremost I have to apologize because this review is a couple months overdue! I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service and overall support. I brought my 10 year old RAV 4 here thinking that it might be done for, and left with a brand new car. Maggie was so understanding, kind, and always took the time to explain to me what parts were needed for what and always tried to find the best price for me. Overall, I am so grateful to her and her whole staff for the amazing work they did on my RAV 4. It gives me such a peace of mind knowing that I don't have to go hunting for an honest and trustworthy mechanic if my RAV 4 ever needs service again. I will definitely be coming back here from now on for any other check-ups and routine service my car needs. So if you are reading this review and wondering if you should get your car serviced here, please do!! Once again, thank you Maggie and to all the On Broadway Auto Care staff for their amazing work!

Love the service received from Maggie & Miriam ! They are great went the extra mile and VERY VERY VERY intelligent with this entire process ! Not only did they give incredible service to every person I saw but had knowledge on every car so far ! My car is a bit of a challenge and Maggie identified an issue it had that I have had inspected . Right off the back knew before the diagnosis.
