Smudgy windows & mirrors, windshield wasn't treated with clay bar as advertised, seats werent even vacuumed before extracting stains. Those kind of detailers who see a car coming in not too dirty or not too flashy & ask what your main concerns are so they can go ahead & take care of those while they cut corners on the rest of the car, guy said wheels look better with tar inside the wheel, basically saying he doesnt have the proper tools to get to that area of the wheel, skipped shampooing the carpet & text you 2 1/2 hours later saying it is ready for pick up. I text back asking if they were able to steam the seatbelts so they can retract better, text was ignored, when I got there some other dude said there was only so much one can do to the seatbelts, seriously? You get what you pay for in this case. Don't know if it it cause it was Friday or if a tip is needed to be added before services are performed to be motivated to put your all into the assignment, but I'm glad I went with my gut & didn't at the end. 3 stars for at least trying to get the stains out of cloth interior. This isnt a full detail nor was it an engine bay detail, you ought to be more specific in your menu. This was more like an express detail. I asked over Instagram if you guys steam clean engine bays & somebody replied yes. Results say otherwise. Yeah I expected white glove standards from JPs slogan, The quality way, the JP way.. ought to rename it express detail, rushed.

I brought my car to them on Saturday, March 25, 2023 for a window tint job. Though the work done wasnt perfect, overall I was satisfied with the tint application. A little background about my car, it is literally of show quality throughout. I have spent hours upon hours applying the finest professional grade materials on the market to detail the paint finish. In hindsight, I should have trusted my gut instinct and not have allowed these guys work on my car. Additionally, I take great pride on consistently babying and caring for my ride, the only time I drive it is to special events such as car shows and meets. Right off the bat as I left my car in their care, I noticed that the install worker was already leaning on the front windows and also onto my carbon fiber side view mirrors. Some of the work was partially done in their driveway and the rest was finished inside the garage. I was asked to wait off at a distance and unfortunately I could not see them working on the car. When the tint work was completed I paid off the balance and left thinking that they had taken good measure to care for my vehicle while in their possession. As I arrived home which is about 5 minutes away from their location I looked over the handiwork once again. Then I made a shocking discovery as I took a closer look. I noticed that there were numerous body dinks (indentations) up near the trunk alongside the passenger side quarter panel. And, I know for a fact that those dents were NOT there previous to them working on my car. As mentioned earlier I detailed it recently doing all of the work myself and so I know every nook and cranny of my vehicle. It became more and more apparent to me that the damage was caused at some point during the window tint application process. Rear window tint fitment has to be done from the exterior side of the vehicle therefore having to physically lean directly onto the body in the process. If there is no protective cover placed on the car first, damage is very likely and inevitable. The tool belt which the installer wears throughout the process contains both sharp and blunt objects which will cause dents on the vehicle if they dont take the necessary precautions to try and avoid it. I immediately brought the car back to them to let them know what I found out, I talked to both the installer, Kelton and J.P. the owner. They both admitted that they did have to physically lean into the section of vehicle described in order to work on the rear window, but vehemently denied having caused the damage, (their statement lean into is already clear admission of guilt). They were very unprofessional and denied to own up to an obvious mistake caused on their behalf. They handled the complaint very poorly, with the owner J.P. at one point retorting to vulgar language and combative behavior, instead of trying to resolve the issue at hand. Not once did they ever make an attempt to right the wrong for me the customer. Their work is very shoddy on top of bad customer service! Own up to your mistakes and handle the situation at hand professionally. These individuals come up short in applying appropriate customer business etiquette. Odd how they had originally posted my vehicle on their social media accounts and then immediately deleted the content once I called out the terrible work they performed. As a first time customer I am highly dissatisfied; displeased and outraged with my experience here. As it appears now it looks as though I will have to pay out of my pocket for damages they caused. I am seriously contemplating pursuing this matter through small claims court. Be aware going to these guys JPs Auto Detail & Wraps, SD Auto Film. Youve been officially warned! If you truly care for your car, I strongly advise you go elsewhere. Service: Vehicle window tinting
