Kerry, one of the partners, was very helpful with an unusual legal situation. I could actually reach him on the phone, without an appointment - which is rare for attorneys. Courteous and knowledgeable.

Kerry handled my issues with dispatch and effectively...when one party attempted to interfere, he got that taken care of promptly. Here's an important point, Kerry and his staff were always courteous and always willing to answer questions of which there were many...I hope that I never have to deal in this arena again but if I do, it will be with Attorney Kerry Denton.

when we were deciding to do bankruptcy we were under a lot of stress and pressure from our collectors. At our first visit with Mr. Denton all the stress and pressure was gone. Mr. Denton made us comfortable and we were very relaxed during the whole process Mr. Denton was helpful in getting all the facts and information needed for our case. when we went to court on our first appearance all the paperwork was correct we did have to make another court date as several people that was ahead us had to make another court date as their paperwork was not correct. if any of my coworkers or friends is looking for a attorney i will always recommend Mr. Kerry Denton. all Mr. Denton staff was very helpful and courteous. one of my co-workers has filed for bankruptcy with Mr. Denton

They are all positive people that understand the issue you are going through and basically they releived me from any concerns that one carrys when you are in a dilema.
