Apartments look nice but residents can be loud, walls are very thin, and automatic gates sometimes don't work or get left open. Additonally, Internet here is only AT&T with minimum basic speed of 5Mbps, which is barely enough to video stream, and the HOA is very slow to fix the issue. Update: Internet is Cox now, so that issue was fixed. But, I tried to apply for a new key fob and the bureaucratic process having to go through the property management to get a key fob and then get a parking sticker from someone else who "doesn't work past 3pm" when I work 9-5pm caused my car to be towed when there was no parking on the street and I had already paid for the key fob to enter the complex. How about the HOA update their policies for people who work during the day and stop expecting me to call repeatedly for a sticker and just leave it in my unit mailbox? I am writing a formal complaint because that's $275 I will never get back when I am a rightful tenant of this property.
