Villa K Apartments

The manager is so rude and disrespectful. Right when we arrive she approach us aggressively telling us to get out. Didnt say hello how can I help you and all she did was be disrespectful didnt even let us talk on why we were there. She followed me got in my face telling me to get out that I had to get out then come back in when I was there visiting my family.

I have lived here a year and a half. This property gets 1 star only because the manager is terrible. The owners of this property should be ashamed to have her managing. She tried to evict me because of a supposed noise complaint at my apartment except I wasn't even in the state at the time and no one was at my apartment. She wrote me a parking violation because she saw a car that looked similar to my parents car parked on he other side of the complex. Wasn't even the same kind of car. Then she lied and said she took a picture of both my parents sitting in the car. My dad was out of town and my mom was at the doctor. One time she tried to get me to sign an intent to vacate the property by mixing it in with a bunch of other papers I needed to sign and only showing the signature part so I wouldn't know what I was signing. Over all worst apartment manager ever. Took her 4 months to order new dryers so we had 8 washers and 3 dryers for the whole apartment complex. It's a Damn shame the owners let her get away with this.

Not recommended. There is lots of furniture sitting next to the trash bins and it sits there for weeks. Tenants dont place trash inside the bins. Tenants have balconies filled with things. The place just looks ugly. Rules are not enforced here. There is also no visitor parking and street parking is always super crowded. **Update~ Republic Services is on strike. City of CV is accepting trash in Otay Mesa area at no charge. I recommended the owner/ property management hire someone to transport trash to address issued by the city. As you can see, they don't care about tenants. I was told owners were on vacation and it was implied they would not pick up the cost.

It was the worse experience I have ever lived. So sad that they can still your entire deposit right in front of your eyes. I can't believe that the owners allow people to work there that have no common courtesy, that are rude, and just plain mean. SO SAD!!!

i don't suggest moving in these apartments the manager shows you the apartment looks really clean but when me and my wife moved in the first night ordered pizza and they were roaches inside the pizza box. inside the cabinets dead roaches, mold under bathroom sink, outlets lose some don't work, parking horrible, her rules are ridiculous
