First time going to her. Was recommended by good friends. She explains everything in detail. Took her time. Asked questions which felt comfortable. Love the fact was able to do zoom vs in person. Definitely going next year!

This year, we did our taxes with Jaqueline Saenz. This year we had several changes, new house and sale of old, baby, and a lot of expenses. She reviewed everything with great detail and was very understanding due to covid and accommodated virtual session. Will definitely return next year!

I recently reached out to Jacqueline to help me out with my mom's taxes and she was great! During our conversations I found Jacqueline to not only be very knowledgeable and thorough but also friendly and patient. With this whole COVID-19 thing it was really nice to have the option to upload all of our documents without having to go to an office. Within days we had a Zoom meeting where Jacqueline explained everything and even researched some information we needed but did not supply to her. Had I not done my taxes already I would have gladly sent her my taxes this year as well. I highly recommend.
