Great experience with Ismael. Got quotes on Yelp and they were very responsive, showed up the next day with an on site quote and started working right away. Ismael was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would use them again and recommend to friends!

Zero stars would be more appropriate since they offered a scheduled time, changed the scheduled time and then ghosted me. I texted, called and left a message and never heard back from anyone. Listen folks, the tree service industry in this area is saturated!  He may charge 5.00 less (his bid was 85.00 and I've gotten another for 90.00) but how much is YOUR time worth???? There are many 5 star companies in the area who have no complaints of not showing up. I didn't ask for an estimate from this company (I only use companies with a 5 star rating) YELP sent multiple requests to competing companies.  Have respect for your own time because this guy has none!

I had a Sego Palm stump I needed removed. I already removed all the fronds and dug around the stump making it loose. But I could not cut it so I sent a request for estimates on Yelp. I received multiple estimates from $150 to $325. Well on the positive side I received a very reasonable estimate from Joseph at All Star Tree Experts for $50. Well I tried calling for three days with no answer and no response I also replied to his text from Yelp with my phone number. Still no response. I would have paid as much as $75.Finally I went to Lowes and purchased a Craftsman electric chain saw for $64 plus tax. It was the cheapest they had. The first cut at the bottom of the stump took no more than 45 seconds. Then cutting the remaining roots took about 3 or 4 minutes. Done, complete. Now that I have a chainsaw I would gladly do 5 minutes work for $50 or $60 for someone else.I don't necessarily mind if he changed his mind but at least reply.All the other estimates were ridiculous but at least they were honest up front.

All star tree experts inc. came out to my property to trim three trees it was a smooth experience from start to finish certified arborist gave us the recommendations. Overall great experience will recommend to my neighbors

I needed a tree removed to the front of my house. All Star Tree Experts responded quickly to my request.  They were very professional, courteous and friendly.   Excellent job removing the tree and grinding the stump.  Cleaned everything up afterwards.  I would highly recommend this company!
