Martin Shower Door

We moved into our "new" home (built in 1953) and went through some critical repairs and updates from foundation up and one of the repairs was a complete gut of our small master bathroom. We worked w/ a trusted contractor to build it back up and one of the final items was to install the sliding shower glass system and I did not trust myself nor have the energy to figure out how to install this myself. After going through the painful process of searching for an installer, we settled on Martin Shower Door for their reasonable lead time, sense of knowledge, and competitive pricing. A day after contacting them, they had a representative come out to take laser measurements to make sure the glass that they source will fit correctly in our tiled opening. Of course nothing is exactly plumb and level in the construction world, so they ordered specific dimensions to ensure a very snug fit. When the glass was ready from their vendor, they contacted us and made an appointment to install. In the following 2 visits, the installers completed the work and we were very satisfied w/ the quality of work and quick turnaround. Will recommend.

Kari who takes orders and answers the phone has the worst customer service, I have ever had to deal with. Martin doors sent a sub contractor to install doors. Sub contractor told me that they were Mickey Mouse cheap doors. Martin charged me over $940.00. Kari would not refund me. Wish I could get a hold of owner to let him know how bad her customer service is. When I told her this frame does not look like display, Kari Told me " I have know idea what the display looks like". I am a general contractor in So Cal and I am aware problems come up. I build 20 bathrooms a year and have never had a problem with this shower door Company until now. After she berated me on the phone, I told her I would not use them again and she said ( " Who Cares " ) God forbid you have a problem with Kari or you might be out all your money to.

I am extremely happy with my shower door installed by Martin Shower Door Inc. From the original phone call to the installer measuring my door to the actual installation the whole process was pleasant and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
