        A big thank you to Chris at StockPKG. I have never used your product before today. After attempting to shrink wrap a few decorated sugar cookies, I noticed a small pin size hole in all the bags. Worried something was wrong, I called the company. The gal who answered the phone was very kind and took my information and said that a manager would be on the phone with me shortly. After a very brief hold, Chris came on the line and explained to me the pin size holes in the bag. He also went a step further and gave lots of suggestions and tips for shrinking my cookies. And made suggestions as to which way would be best to package these treats. He was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable. He is an asset to your company!! Thanks again, Chris!!! You were such a pleasure to work with and I greatly appreciated the time you took to help me out. Ronda White
