Be careful when selecting primer, and clear coat. Not all primer and clear coat from auto stores are compatible with the airborne base coat. I did not use primer and clear coat from TUD, and I ended up with wrinkled base coat after applying the store bought clear coat. Apparently, the solvent in the clear coat creates chemical reaction with the base coat, it had ruined the base coat. My suggestion is use primer, base coat, and clear coat from TUD, so there is no compatibility issue.

Color doesnt match. They did replace the initial kit with a new one and said the shade will be lighter, but it still doesnt match. Its a long process each time to apply the paint and color coat and at this point Ive spent several hours on this system and Im no longer willing to put more time into trying again.

I have a blue 2011 Subaru outback which I had to do a little repair on after some ice damage on the rear hatch plastic trim. I tried a couple of cans of paint close enough to the original color from the local auto stores with no luck. Finally did a google search and found TouchUpDirect which knew my color based on the car and was able to build me a rattle can of the blue. Perfect match! Thank you
