Mission Linen and Uniform Service

I would like to file a complaint against, Todd in Chino, the acc. supervisor about how rude he is on the phone and unknowledgeable about the account. I've been complaining about how dirty the uniform comes in, there should be a plenty of complaints about that in my file and it took them almost 3, 4 month to replace. After they charged for full replacment, till the end they didnt replace all of the uniform! Then I called to stop the service for 3 weeks vacation starting from the beginning of Jan 2024. One driver came within a couple of days, pickuped up all the remaining uniform and never showed up again starting from January 2024. A couple of day ago I came in to find an invoice # 520996334 for $58.35. So I called in to payoff and close the account. Mr Todd calls me with a sarcastic rude attitude claims that I've been getting my uniform nonstop and I need to pay. Anyways I just called again and paid off that amount assuming it's for that one last week that I didn't have uniform for... I wish this be escalated to the highest level

The worst place to work, everything is very disgusting, and the managers and supervisors are very rude and haughty, they treat people very badly and there are many personal preferences, I do not recommend it, not even why they would pay me, terrible, horrible and disgusting, and they are also very dirty, they throw things on the floor. and so they throw them out,

My father is 85 years old in a skilled nursing facility, his I phone got tangled in the linens that were taken to Mission Linen supply. The facility he is in pretty much said we would never get the phone back. I called the office at Mission Linen and spoke to the receptionist Almendra who was amazing and assured me that if the phone was there they would find it and return it to a supervisor. Later that night one of the employees Liz found the phone called my sister as she was the last person to call my dad and said she would give the phone to the supervisor! The phone is the only way we communicate with my father during the day so it is a big deal not to have it. Thanks to the honesty and integrity of Liz and the Amazing customer service of Almendra I picked up the phone the very next day. It is such a great feeling to know there are kind honest people in the world and in my opinion these two young ladies should receive a raise. Thank you again for hiring such honest and kind people.
