Best Western Pine Tree Motel

The rooms here are very clean. We walked into the room and the bed was made and the curtains were closed. The front desk was super friendly and helpful with check-in. They offered free breakfast in the morning which honestly was better than most free hotel breakfast. This place was great and I would definitely stay here again. The room had a little patio which was nice to get out of the room for a bit while you're on vacation without having to leave the hotel. There was a pool but no jacuzzi. It was closed is when I went it was winter time and too cold to swim.

My husband and I stay here every year when we come in town for a special annual car show in Pomona. It's a great deal for a great space. Clean and comfortable. Free wifi and breakfast! Parking right in front of the rooms. The service is very friendly and there's tons around.

We had a pretty decent stay. The place is easy to find, there is a good amount of parking near the rooms, and the rooms and facilities were nice and functional. A downside was we found a pubic hair on the nightstand when we checked in. Also, there were hairs on the bed still. I didnt feel very safe because the place was near the street however it did feel a bit hidden away and inconspicuous. The workers were nice, however there is no microwave in the room! And when I asked if I could use their microwave in the lobby after it was closed, they refused, which I thought was bad service because if you arent going to provide a microwave, at least let us use the one in the lobby. Overall, this is a decent and affordable stay however there were some issues. Rooms: Not the most spacious, no microwave, but it was nice. Safety: It didnt feel safe near the street however there was a security guard there.

Bad motels, come here to see how it should be done... Check in was simple, the room was on point, breakfast was standard hotel style, but good variety. There is literally nothing I could pick on. Id love to stay here again. Rooms: Very nice, spotless.
