        Our recent Sunday visit to this supermarket in our neighborhood was disappointing and surprising. We drive extra miles because we like this location. Despite its clean and fresh ambiance, the latest experience fell short. The cashier (name withheld) was abrupt and pushy about getting the groceries on the belt and the cart through. She was unengaging and showed little interest in customer service. Furthermore, the baggers mishandled our groceries, placing delicate items like eggs beneath heavy bottles. Ultimately, we had to bag our groceries. Overall, it was a disappointing and surprising experience, given we frequent this location.
