Technicians are helpful, however the rest of company sucks. They sent us a lawsuit regarding missing payment, when they knew from the beginning that our Insurance was responsible for the payments. They never tried to reach out to us, via phone call, email, nothing. Instead, they went through small claims court. Not cool, and will not recommend this company to any friends/family/coworkers. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Too bad because of the technicians I worked with did a good job, but it was the after experience that made it horrible.

I am staying with family and noticed possible signs of mold. I called Jeff and he immediately answered. He is so kind, so professional and not at all interested in making a buck but doing the right thing. He quickly offered a few contacts that would help me get the information we needed before we can proceed with work with him. I love people like Jeff. Great service. Fast and efficient. Even during the Covid crisis, Jeff came out to monitor potential mold in my converted garage/home office within 48hours. The test results came back quickly and he helped answer all my questions. Highly recommended!
