Sent my child tablet for repairs in October sent money along for the repair. Its now January 2024(still not fixed when stated it take from 5 days to 3 weeks) and nothing from the company. How can a company run without talking to any customers on the phone everything has to be done by email.

I purchased a drone on Walmart marketplace. I received the item in perfect condition. I decided I no longer needed it after talking to the person that it was a gift for. I returned it in perfect un-opened condition to my local Walmart, they shipped it back to the seller, then the seller stated they did not receive the correct item and charged my account again. I called Walmart, they looked into in and reversed the charges. Now 15 days later they are trying to say the product is not in the same condition as it was when shipped so they are trying to bill me again. Seller is unethical and lying about it to get the money and resell the product. Which one is it, you received the wrong item, or it was damaged? Both of which are not true. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I bought a defective drone from contixto and they refuse to back there product they state this on there website Auto Return Home-Contixo F35 drone will fly back to Take-off Point whenever you press the one key return. If it runs out of power, loses connection, or accidentally fly it out of range, it will automatically fly back but that was not the case so either my drone was defective or they are putting out fraudulent statements I paid a lot of money so I wouldn't have to worry about my drone not responding and just flying away so I recommend not buying drones from contixto if they can't even back there product

I was sold defective drone. During first flight, the drone was within 100 feet when it stopped responding to the controller and flew away and I couldnt find it. I contacted customer service and they refused to admit the issue was with drone or its controller. I lost more $170 on this trash drone and this company doesnt care but to steel your money.
