Customer service here is so bad. The store has two registers that the bands DO NOT move and the caisher will raise their voice to tell you to move your stuff. Incredibly rude white guy with Kirby earrings he was so nice to the lady in front of us (she was white too) and so rude to me my sister another man who tried to get in line behind us and a different man who always thought he could get in line. All of us were POC. try the dollar tree on holt its a little disorganized but the people there are so nice.

This store has a nice selection of items, but the customer service is beyond subpar. They typically only have one cashier ringing and all you can do is hope it isn't someone who's extremely slow (like what happened to me today). I was in line for about 10 minutes with only 2 people (who were together) ahead of me. The cashier stopped ringing to answer a phone call, in which he held a full on conversation with the person on the other end of the line. After the call, he excused himself and stepped away from the register looking for something (again, mid-transaction). By this time, the other sales associate took the lady BEHIND me and helped her on the next register. The other people behind her followed into the other line. Then when I asked if she was open, she said "no" and that she's just helping to get the line down. I don't get why you wouldn't offer to help the NEXT person in line first. Ultimately, all the people who were behind me in line were out the door before I even started getting rung up by the original cashier. I was irritated to say the least. I hope they can improve their customer service because their inventory is the best in this area, but it's not worth being in line for 10+ minutes or not being treated with kindness.

Would give zero stars but that's not possible. I Found a maggot inside a brand new box of butterfinger minis today. Beware!!!!!
