I came to this gas station to put gas and use the restroom. I did not see a sign posted on the door and anywhere on the facility that the restroom is not in service or not open to the public so I assumed the restroom was accessible and when I asked the cashier she said no there is no restroom and I said we're is your sign that therebisnno restroom and she said we don't need one and I said in California you need a sign as it's a California law and has informed by all businesses so the cashier doesn't know the laws in California and the owner of the gas station doesn't know the law as well very bad business very bad next to get California involved so the owner can follow the laws and teach the cashier about California laws

A tale of two Shell stations......first, THE BAD! Came here a few days ago to use a Shell gift card. I went in to pay for the gas with the gift card and the attendant/owner wanted to charge me the "credit" price for the gas. (NOTE: Typically, if someone pays for gas with a credit card, gas stations charge .10 more than the cash price.) I tried to explain a gift card is basically cash on a card, which I can attest this was. But the attendant insisted credit/debit and gift cards are charged the credit price. Of course, he was wrong as gift cards are ALWAYS considered CASH equivalents. So, I just walked-out and blew-off that greedy attendant/gas station owner. We stopped here for gas and the lady working inside was exceptionally helpful to my daughter and me.
