I made a PDF, I reviewed it and make a small tweak, I gave the go-ahead and they printed it. The customer got it and loved it. so it actually was Fantastic!

Horrible customer service and cancellation policies. I was charged $250 for a product I never received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a scam.

I provided finalized artwork 25 days out from the date that I needed to have my backdrop in-hand, thinking that this would be plenty of time since they say a 7-business-day turnaround is standard. After purchase and submitting the artwork, I waited 9 business days before reaching out to ask about the status of the product. They reached back out but their message went to my spam folder and they didn't follow up via another method like a phone call. I reached out again a second time and they said that they have a lot of issues with their emails going to spam folders (probably should work on getting that properly configured), so I checked there and sure enough that's where it went. It was still 7 days out from the day that I needed the product but they said that now it would require a $300 rush fee (nearly 50% of the entire product cost). This company used to be reputable but is now untrustworthy and unwilling to work with customers. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience. I am being charged a lot of money for a proof. I rejected the proof and now they are charging hundreds of dollars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will try to charge you extra money!!

This company is horrible. I was charged a "fee" because I declined the proof. Do not use this company! They will add in hidden fees and overcharge you.
