    This community is an ABSOLUTE nightmare. First of all, they ticket you for leaving your car out in the parking lot for too long and not having a parking permit. Finally, we get a parking permit and my dads truck was literally broken into for the 2nd time inside of the community itself. How the hell do they have the time to go around and ticket cars but cant make sure the cars inside the community themselves are safe. The car was broken into and someone attempted to Hotwire it, pathetic security. Cant believe we pay this much just for stuff like this to happen CONSTANTLY.

    Vanessa was a GODSEND. Absolutely amazing staff and I am so happy to be a resident. I cannot express enough how from the moment you walk in is you feel so welcome and the love/ respect staff has for eachother and the diversity makes you just want to stay.

    I had a 10:00am appointment to tour The Preserve in Chino. I live in Los Angeles and had to leave by 8:45am to arrive on time. At 9:33am after being on the road for nearly an hour, I receive a call from the leasing agent. She asked if my appointment was at 10:00am or 2:00pm. I answered 10:00am and explained that I also had an calendar email for 10:00am. She replied well we have you down twice, I am double booked. I understand you want to see a one bedroom and we don't have any available anyways. My thought was, maybe they could've called and told my on Friday before I waisted my time and gas, but I figured I could still see the amenities and the grounds. Leasing agent said I could get a key fab to see the amenities located in the main office. I replied, I want to tour the grounds as well. Leasing agent replied "You can drive your car around the grounds, but I have to stay close to the office for my appointments". Wasn't I one of those appointments! Isn't the whole point of a tour to walk around or be escorted around with someone with knowledge of the grounds so they can point out the highlights. I continued on my way anyways since I had already been driving nearly an hour and was just minutes away. I was hoping someone could help me, but no! The agent never came out to great me. I was given a key fab by a receptionist at the front desk. I was expected to just aimlessly wonder around on my own. I wasn't able to tour the grounds with my car because well it was a gated community and I didn't have a code! When I left the office I saw other guess being escorted around in golf carts. For whatever reason I was treated like my appointment didn't matter!
