Trade Show Display Depot - Trade Show Displays, Booths and Exhibits

Very terrible experience with this company/owner, I assume his name is Jake who've I'd been in communication with throughout this who mess. I had inquired about a booth on Sep. 7th, 2022 and had to follow up every 2-3 days to find out status of inventory and getting quote. Jakes keeps on saying he'll send out a quote when he gets back in the office but never did. Then he said the product is out of stock days later. Then he recommended another model and I agreed. September 22, Again, requested a price, delivery time, and line drawing so we can start working on it. Guess what? Same old response, "I'll get you the price when I get in the office". Emailed him for update and his reply, "I will check" or "I will send you all the info quote, templates and discounts". September 27th, I asked for update again, his reply, "Sure I will be back in the office in a few hours and send the info over to you". Guess what? I never got his email. Oct, 4th emailed him to follow up so I can make the purchase and no reply, emailed him again Oct. 7th no reply. TERRIBLE and a waste of time with this company. Luckily I was able to find another company that was able to accommodate our company's need. I will be telling all all my network, to stay away from this company if they need a booth for a show. If you're reading this post Mr. Jake, please don't lead a potential customer so that you will disappoint them later.

Jake and Trade Show Display Depot were great. Our team needed a 20x20 island booth for an upcoming customer show. Jake took the time to understand our objectives and unique needs to our activation. From there, he guided us into a booth that gave great presence to our booth footprint while still being conscious of logistics and ongoing costs for transportation. This was an urgent 30 day turn-around and Jake worked 1:1 to ensure our custom creative was produced and the booth made it to the show in plenty of time.

Trade Show Display Depot has excellent customer service and they deliver a quality product. Jake took very good care of me I definitely recommend this company.

Jake helped us get our booth display ordered and delivered in quite a time crunch. It came out looking great, and everyone as impressed with it! Will be ordering more fabric replacements for different shows in the future.

Great customer service . I approached Trade Show Display Depot with a rush order, they could not make my need date so they helped me find a company that could and helped adjust my artwork for another company free of charge. If there were 6 stars, I would have given the that. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jake for your diligent effort in providing outstanding customer service. Kevin
