staff are really nice, and they are very open and informative. they do not give you hidden fees and rip you off as many doctors do, but are transparent about if certain procedures or visits will cost more.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Total Vision Optometry in Chino Hills and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also had a great selection of glasses so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. But what really set Total Vision Optometry apart for me was their commitment to customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my experience and that I had everything I needed. I will definitely be coming back and if you are in need of a optometrist in the Chino Hills area I would definitely recommend this practice.

Not sure why it has low reviews. I went here to look at lenses, they have such a larger selections versus their competitors. Lisa helped me out and was incredibly patient and helpful. I walked in right away and began looking at lenses. Id give this place a try.
