I recently was there for a interview for a med tech position and was greatly disappointed 16.50 a hour? Low pay and they expect alot from you.i was told i would pass meds and help with resident care wow no wonder they are hiring for all positions. and this is what they pay employees there yikes no thanks !

My 93 year old mom has been a resident for 8 years at Oakmont of Chino Hills. Our family has been very happy with the care she receives and the welcoming friendly environment that their wonderful staff provides. It is a place that we feel comfortable leaving our dear one. I firmly believe that Oakmont is one of the reasons that we still have Mom with us today.

My parents recently moved into the Oakmont of Chino Hills and we absolutely love it! The staff are friendly and caring and take great care of mom and dad and actually take time to get to know them! We are so grateful for Priscilla who was more than accommodating as we encountered challenges while making the move, she always responded immediately and solved each issue expeditiously! The activity director, Rose and her staff schedule creative and challenging activities that help my mom use her brain. They organized balloon and chocolate bouquets delivered to their room which was a special treat for them! I have noticed a huge improvement in my parents health since moving and they look so much more relaxed! My siblings and I can rest also knowing they are in good hands. After touring multiple facilities all over Southern California, we have no regrets choosing the Oakmont of Chino Hills as their new home.

Worked here for 2-3 years and I don't recommend it. Very toxic work environment. Lack of training and commom sense.Favoritism is a major issue here. They don't appreciate employees. Food service sucks and they neglect memory care. They don't spend more then 10$per meal for the residents. The amount they pay to live there isn't worth it. Olimpia was an unprofessional boss that ran traditions. Talked about the men in her life and comes to work drunk. She also let's others work while being high and drunk which is very unprofessional and not safe. But Her boss Janeth the lady that runs oakmont doesn't care enough to do anything about it because again she has favorites .Also they expect others to work more then what the being payed for. So again I do not recommend it.
