Very disappointed, apparently they feel a woman cant make a decision on windows. My husband set up the appointment, then when calling to confirm the appointment he brought up he wouldnt be at the appointment but I would be, his wife and the owner of the home. They said they would need to reschedule because he needed to be at the appointment and that was their policy. My husband ended the conversation with since you cant do the appointment with my wife then you dont need to come. Very disappointing. We will take our business elsewhere.

Gary and Ben did an excellent job of total window replacement. They arrived on time, very professional. Excellent job with new exterior trim and the interior trim looks great too. Cleaned up the work site. Big thumbs up! We used Selig for a bathroom remodel several years ago and they did a good job of that as well. These guys were tidy as heck and lightning fast! Gary is highly experienced, very friendly and keeps things so organized! Ben is a non-stop working machine (he works so hard we suspect he may be a robot). All around great folks at Selig! They were all amazing! Our windows are so perfect and beautiful! We love them! FYI Selig only sells the best windows money can buy and they have a double lifetime warranty so now we are set for life and so are the people who live in this house next! We had a great experience with this company! If you are on the fence you should call them and just schedule the free estimate.

Waited a month for our tub cuz they ordered the wrong one damage the ceiling did not fix it I had to fix it damaged linoleum in bathroom did not fix it the only good thing is it's a lifetime warranty on their stuff very expensive and they don't check to see how everything went long as they get their money that's all they care about

We had 26 windows replaced, with three different experiences. First is the actual windows. They are awesome and well worth it in terms of noise reduction, temperature maintenance and appearance. Second was the installation. Overall excellent. Patrick and Julian's craftsmanship was excellent. A little loose showing up when they said they would, but they finished on-time. Finally, was management and the process. The sales person glossed over a lot of the details on how they retrofit windows. He emphasized the quality of the product and their accuracy measuring and double checking. He did mention some reduction in the glass area because of the process. When I received the official quote it was several thousand over what he had shown me onsite, he said it was not, I said to just send me a picture of the initial quote and it suddenly dropped back down. I had a lot of detailed questions along the way and I got the distinct sense that if you took them at their word they are great but when you question the details, their attitude definitely changes. Despite saying one of the owners would call me about my invoice questions, they used my detailed credit card information, including security code, that they had kept, to charge my card and then he responded to my email. Begrudgingly I finally got all my questions answered but it was a painful process. Their tight tolerances boiled down the the industry standard of 1/4 inch all the way around, but no real explanation for those instances where there were gaps of up to 1.5 inches (it's complicated. but we know what we are doing..). The long narrow windows lost about 50% of their viewable area. And all the rounding down (the sizes measured by the sales person were over 10% larger than the actual windows delivered) were 'normal' and didn't affect the cost. Service: General window replacement
