Dave's Tile City

I recently had our bathroom remodeled. Tile City was wonderful every step of the way. It can be overwhelming when you first go in as there is so much to look at. Holly helped me to narrow down my choices beautifully by really listening to me. We worked well together. It might not look like much on the outside but go in. You will not be disappointed.

I went to Daves Tile City this morning after going to Lowes and Home Depot this weekend. I was trying to locate a match for my 10 plus year old tile corner round which is not sold anywhere. I walked into their beautiful showroom and was greeted by Jesse. Super nice guy and extremely helpful. Needless to say, they had my tile and now all I needed was quick set mortar. I asked Jesse and he immediately offered to give me some because my job was so small it wasnt worth buying a full bag even though I would have. Long story short, the big box stores have nothing in this places. I sat in Lowes for 30 minutes in the tile isle while they paged 3 x once after each request. I requested help once but another customer requested twice. Daves is the place for Natural Stone, Tile and everything else you could possibly needed including someone to actually help you. I own a business as you can see. My purchase was not even $20 but he treated me like I was making a $10,000 purchase. Thanks Jesse, your a Rockstar!

People on here with weird reviews. You can't blame a store that sells tile for your contractor that installed it. If they did something wrong, shouldn't blame the store. The tile store shouldn't be the ones to pay for your cheap friend or handyman you had do the work. Remember look up contractor licenses and do your own homework. You can't blame the store for you're decision in whom you hire to do the work. They are not Home Depot with their own contractors they hire out. It is YOUR responsibility to do research in who you hire. To make a store pay for your bad decisions is delusional, and to make them pay twice for you is ridiculous. However, the store has great selections, never make you feel rushed, and will help you out. Very customer oriented, great prices, and will help you find just what you need in your budget, and great during these trying times of shortages. Items still are coming in a timely manner. Best tile store around. Thank you.

Awesome selection, resources and delightful customer service! I cannot imagine going anywhere else for our home renovation needs: tile; countertops; stone!
