        Package was not delivered because the UPS driver said the apt. number was not viible to him. Yet, the Amazon driver got it right. Same day. Will have to go pick it up now. Well, at least UPS got it to the correct city.

        Very bad service. I was mailing a package and nobody would help or even answer me. I walked out into the shipping area to find help. 3 UPS Staff members I asked if anyone can help me ship a small package. No answer. The 4th time I asked one guy replied,Nobody is in there? No, I said. I wasnt walking all over the shipping floor because someone was in the front office to help me. Finally a guy walked over and asked what I needed. I need to ship a package. I can help you Great thanks After going in to the office he did not know how to ship a package and left to find someone else. A salt and pepper hair colored guy came and was an Ace at getting it done. Interesting that the main thing is to ship a package and that one task was very difficult. I should have gone to see Tom Hanks at FedEx
