Through no fault of A-1, Fedex lost a package I had sent. After wasting god knows how long on hold with Fedex, they finally told me I needed to work thru the shipper I used.
That's when the story goes from Garbage to HALLELUJAH!!!!
Chris and crew over at A-1 took care of literally everything from there. They got pictures and information for the claim and kept me up to date on everything. Seriously I was nearly in tears with frustration trying to ship my package and then get re-imbursed for the lost item. A-1 went above and beyond to help me with Fedex and my packages.
I also learned they make copies! WAY better than having to go to the kinkos office! WAY less expensive too. I'll always use A-1 for my shipping and printing needs from here on out!!!

I like this place as it's centrally located for my needs and provides post office boxes too!
