Alicia came out to my business to look at it's orientation and layout. She brought estimates with her and explained all of the ins and outs of alarm systems as well as what she considered to be the best fit for my office. They happened to have a next day install available so the following day, two gentlemen came out to my office and started the installation. They were very polite and respectful of the fact that we were trying to conduct business. The installation team VACUUMED MY ENTIRE OFFICE before they left. That's what I call good service. Highly recommend. I also love my monitoring app - it alerts me when an employee arms/disarms the alarm, if the power goes out, etc. And I can arm/disarm remotely. SUPER convenient. Update 2019: Still in love with my alarm system and now I have one at home, too! I now also have the fire alarm system at my home. I can't tell you what a relief it is to know that if there is a fire while my husband and I are away, someone will be notified. Our dogs are like our kids and knowing that they are protected during the day gives me an incredible amount of relief. Update 2020: Still love both my systems. It took 4 years for my backup battery at my office to start to die. I was able to go pick one up for $30 and swap it out. Super easy! Thanks AES!

I had a seamless experience with AE&S when they installed a security system in my new business location at Prana Endura Wellness Center. Alicia, who orchestrated the whole process, was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful to me while I was feeling bogged down with everything for the move. Her assistance, and the professionalism of the staff, made the security of my office space the least stressful part of getting things set up. Thanks guys! I appreciate all you do immensely!

We have had tv setups, stereo set up, additional lighting, new appliances and home alarms. Knowledgeable,competent, creative -5 stars
