Been renting with campos for 3 years its been a nightmare water heater was broken for six months flooding my back room and they sent there maintenance guy out which has no knowledge on water heaters so he was no help i told him the water heater needed to be replaced but it was as if he wanted to save the company money because he never found the problems and looked like he didnt know what to do he came out here about 7-8 times within a month and the water heater was still flooding my room. Eventually they had to replace the whole thing. Maintenance guy said he would throw away the other water heater is been here for months. These people dont care about tenants as they try to save money. stay away from campos rentals horrible management and you will never see your deposit. The husband is extremely rude.

Great rental company. Fair practices with the deposit, fixed everything they were notified about with a great handyman, and even provided a lightning fast rental reference a year after move out

I've lived in a Campos property for the last 2 years and they have been great. They have a quick response time for maintenance and the office staff are very kind and helpful.
