Came out the day I called and said they would be back first thing the following morning. Got under the house and fixed it in under an hour. Very nice guy. Josh did a great job.

My warranty company assigned us Watkins plumbing on Sunday night and first thing Monday morning they called and scheduled us an appointment for later that afternoon. Josh at Watkins Plumbing is amazing. He came out, figured out the problem, and went above and beyond dealing with our warranty company and ended up getting us an entirely new hot water heater for no cost to us.Only 2 days later he was back over here installing it and was in and out in no time at all. He was extremely professional and we felt comfortable having him in our home. I’m someone with absolutely no experience in home fixing and he never once made me feel like it. I could not recommend them enough I will choose to use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future with or without our warranty company. 10/10 I wish there was more I could say besides Thank you Josh. After spending nearly $10k on some major plumbing repairs with Watkins including one small job to install a new kitchen faucet. After just over a year the faucet has come loose from the sink. The owner of the company accuses us of somehow abusing the faucet. The faucet has a lifetime warranty but apparently correctly installing a kitchen faucet is beyond the skill set of Watkins. They want a minimum of $189 to come out and fix their shoddy work. Maybe they should consider keeping their customers happy. My sister needs to replace all the iron pipes in her home, my mother is building a new home and another of my neighbors just asked about a good plumber, since he is new to the area and needs major re-model plumbing work done. Before this we would have used/recommended Watkins for all of these jobs but sure is good to find out they don't stand behind their work. I will now make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid Watkins Plumbing. Services: Tap installation, Tap repair
