    If you need a walk-in clinic and have time to sit half the day, this is the place. If you make an appointment and want to still sit for hours, this is also your place. I asked what was being done about scheduling, and was told if I want to be seen at my appointment time, I need to go elsewhere. Done.

    Yeah like all these reviews are saying..this place is not any help..in the time I've been going there ,sice they opened thank you I've had a new person almost every time . impossible to get an established relationship with a Dr . I'll be going somewhere else .

    It's a shame I have to leave a bad review and will be finding different primary care because I really like the providers at this office, they were always attentive and knowledgeable. However, their referral and billing departments are unprofessional, unorganized, and frankly kind of suspicious. First, the referral which took approximately 6 weeks to complete, ended up being my burden because they contacted one specialist provider who was out of network, called me and told me it was now my responsibility to find someone because they had exhausted their efforts. Their efforts are apparently amount to doing nothing then making the patient do their job. Luckily my insurance handled it, but even then it would take them weeks to contact me and schedule my appointment. Lastly, their billing department frequently manipulates coding to increase patient and insurance cost share. They don't send out bills in a timely manner, the patient receives a single bill months after the date of service and the office threatens to send them to collections. They bill their dates of service out of order, to further we confuse the patient, and what we owe is never clear and they can't explain it to us when we call. I received bill for a November date of service I had already paid for, when I called they said it was actually for an August date of service I don't even remember. When asked why their bill had the wrong date they said, "I don't know but you owe us money." Unfortunately I just can't deal with the front office anymore, their bad service doesn't outweigh the great providers they have.

    Just read through these comments and I corroborate most of these from personal experience, in 2022, since many of these are 3 years old. My Dr gives semi-reasonable care, but they are horrible with attempts to make appointments, billing department is a mess, and I have had other providers be very demeaning towards me while as a disabled person with basic human need like anyone else, I requested imaging for a good reason. (A different Dr than my usual, was rude to me, didnt understand why I had been imaged, told me he was pretty sure I didnt have arthritis before he had it sent in, and sure enough, I have widespread arthritis. The imaging tech looked literally concerned about me and walked me to the desk to check out.) I wish I could give a better review, because my GP is somewhat knowledgeable about my conditions. In closing, the aforementioned issues are highly concerning, very similar to other problems of similar nature to what other patients are displeased/concerned about.
