Extremely rude service manager . The man who answered the phone had no answers for me, lacked a lot of knowledge about my model of Mazda,as well as warranty work. He blamed it on his coworker/man who deals with warranty work not being there. However, when I mentioned purchasing my 2021 Mazda at Roseville Mazda, he continued being condescending and rude, then began laughing! At that point in the conversation I told him I would never give them my service and have no problem driving to Roseville for my maintenance, since I know where I purchased my new car, they were extremely professional, informed on the product they sell and treated me with respect!

After trying to charge me $5000 for a warranty repair, which they finally admitted that was wrong to do, they attempted to repair my vehicle twice. Within days of the first repair oil was spewing out of the engine onto my driveway. Within a week of the second repair...same result. Oil spewing out all over. Now they are telling me that I should go to a different repair shop or contact Mazda customer care. This place has no ethics or morals and will attempt to rob you blind. They refuse to even begin to admit that they may have incompetent people working there, and won't own up to mistakes (many) that they make. Do not trust this place, they are the epitome of the shady used car sales place of the 80's. BUYER BEWARE.

Took my Mazda in to have a check engine light looked at. I scheduled an appointment, dropped off the car at the appointment time and then heard nothing for over a week. I understand things get busy however any sort of update would have been better than none and they should not have offered an appointment if they didnt have the time. Jesse in service attempted to understand the frustrations we had of the lack of communication but wed only get a call back if we called the office multiple times over and over and left multiple messages with other staff members. After 3 weeks of very little calls between ourselves, Jesse and my warranty company, we had gotten no where. I received an email out of the blue from with his manager CCed to inform me there was nothing further he could do to help us. My husband really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but we picked up the car and will never bring it back here. We will try Mazda Roseville for the check engine light.

This dealer wanted to charge 20% more for an Apple Car play upgrade than the dealership in Sacramento and would not budge on their price. They state the part price is $279 and labor $220 an hour. OEM part is readily available on many Mazda sites for $213. Dealerships in the same general market area should not be 20% different in their pricing.
