Update: I was quite disappointed upon receiving my order and had no intention of contacting a seller. But they conducted the investigation without me asking, and I respect this approach to business. I got a refund and the replacement order. It pleasantly surprised me. Thank you for honest business. Initial review: Highly disappointed with this supplier. Instead of Jasmine hydrosol I got just water with NO smell in it. Same thing with Mimosa floral wax.. First and last time ordering from this website.

I have been purchasing essential oils from this company for a few years now and have always received great quality oils. The past year they had many delays but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I'm glad I did! The customer service team has really gone above and beyond to help me source oils that were out of stock at a good price. Will be happy to continue to work with this company and recommend them.

I really enjoy all of the essential oils. I really do see a difference when using them. I would recommend purchasing from HBNO!

waiting for a $1800.00 or for a MONTH! sometimes they answer the phone sometimes they dont. when they do answer, connie says they`ll ship to order today. NEVER happened. Going to contact my credit card company to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE YOU MAY NO GET YOUR ORDER!!!
