Between this man and his staff you are paying them to be rude and incomplete. Its a shame how they respond to people who have dealt with so much already. As for the response: you never responded to my email asking for an apology. I figured a 1 star review would get your attention. Its sad you are willing to respond on here but not on an email with a client.
