Amazing place and culture to be a part of! Michael is incredibly knowledgeable regardless of what your goals are. Just regular everyday fitness to specialized athletes.. kids included! Clean space, fantastic environment, and friendly people!

I started going to commercial gyms when I was 23 cause what else is there right? 2 years ago I joined north state barbell club because this girl at nutrashop would go on an on about how great it was when I was buy supplements. Finally I decided to give it a shot and let me tell you it blew me away! Everyone is motivated to achieve their goal, but theyre also there to encourage you to achieve yours. Coach trains, teaches, and equips each person so that they can help others and everyone train hard and safe. When I started he told me train to beat someone elses number and help the next guy to beat yours. We can get competitive haha but we have fun with it. Were all there to support each other and encourage each other. I told a guy after I about 6 months its what churchs should look like. More then that if you hurt yourself inside or outside the gym coach can keep you training and healing like no other. A year ago I pinched a nerve and bulged a disc in my neck. I was in severe pain and could barely use my right arm. Coach was able to give me all the information I needed for healing outside the gym and set me up a program where I could still work out while it healed with no surgerys or pain pills. Today I have no pain and have full strength in my right arm. Its so much more then joining a gym. Its joining a family
