Mobile Mini - Portable Storage & Offices

Absolutely the worst company to do business with. I have rented from Mobile mini for years (only because I had to) they continually over charged us took money that was no authorized from our account and continued to charge us AFTER we RETURNED the containers. There are other local companies that are far cheaper and honest. I STRONGLY RECOMEND THAT YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

My only interaction was when I was driving behind the truck, one of their employees riding passenger in the company truck thought it was a good idea to flip me off. I reached out to the manager to only get no response after 7 days. Not someone I would do business with based on this employee and now no response from the manager

This guy was a total jerk! We tried contacting them for two weeks about renting a rail car for storage purposes! No call back EVER! Finally my husband goes out there two days in a row and finally talks to a guy and he starts telling us their charge is like $150 delivery, $150 month rent and $150 pick up fee! My husband said well I talked to someone out of the area and they said your charge was $80...he said ya but I charge taxes and fees on top of that $80 ($70 fees and taxes?) My husband said well it's not any cheaper than using a storage unit and the guy was a total smart ass and said well looks like that's your best bet to put your stuff in your truck and walked off! Horrible customer service, shady money practices, crappy two bit comebacks! If you were smart you'd use PODS..comparative price, no bullshit! So much for using local business....smh!
