Erik was phenomenal to work with, he went above and beyond to help me get my printer back to running the way its supposed to, he even talked with someone at canon for me to get any other information he could to fix the issue, and he got the info we needed! Im super grateful he was able to help me resolve the problem!

Erik did an amazing job fixing my printer. I couldn't print anything for days! I enjoyed getting to visit with him while he put everything in order. I would recommend checking out Rune if you need any help with computers!

Best service I couldve received. I came in with a broken screen and he gave me the option of getting it replaced or going the cheaper route of setting me up with a monitor. He ended up selling me one of his monitors for $40 so I could get my work done that day. Take into consideration its Sunday and also Mothers Day and he was still able to help me out. Great company and great owner!
