Evan was very friendly and helpful. It turns out the issue with my computer was simply that it needed a new power supply cord, so I was given very detailed information on the type I need and where to get it. He also cleaned my computer while the problem was being diagnosed. I highly recommend this place!

A friend of mine was calling to see if he could get some double sided tape to put in a new screen on my daughters lap top because he didn't need to spend $30 for a whole roll when he only needed about 2 feet. The person informed him that he didn't have any, which would have been fine, but he said that if he did he wouldn't give him any anyhow and hung up.

This place is awesome! I have been looking for a computer repair shop like this sense I moved to Chico! This will be my go to from now on and I highly recommend them to all! Evan helped me. I must say he is quite the professional. Extremely professional and courteous. They actually are really reasonable on price and I checked several places before I found this place.
