Gateway Apartments

While there is room for improvement, one thing I can certainly say is top notch is the maintenance staff. Sonny Phanthabandith is a one-man army, doing nearly everything job himself, and despite the challenges he manages to pull it off! The man could surely use some help, though. lol

Lived here for a few months back in 2022 we thought It was a blessing we were so excited to move into something and not have to be in a shelter. I was about 5months pregnant and we looked past having Roommates despite them being absolutely Disgusting and slobs and partying all hours of the night plus me picking up after their puppy .we had No baseboards in the apartment no microwave, a missing kitchen drawer. There was mold in the bathroom and on top of it one night out Sliding glass door got Blown out by someone shooting into our yard into the house! There was broken glass shattered everywhere . Instead of maintenance fixing it they brought a wooden pallet and wedged it into to the door ! And never fixed the washer it was always overflowing and stunk of mold . Then on top of it before our lease was even up they decided we couldn't live there anymote my fiance and I because we "over acceded the amount of people in a room" because I was pregnant they tried saying they were unaware I was pregnant and made us leave ! I was beyond angry and frustrated because out of all the ppl in my apt I was the only one who cleaned and took care of things and was honest and talked to maintenance about issuss ! But if you're going to live here Don't ! It is beyond ridiculous the pool is hardly ever open and closes at 7pm you're not allowed to go in after that time . The gym is never open and parking is ridiculous. Only positive thing is it's close to the grocery store

Lived here for like 9 months or something so ghetto multiple gang members live on property and they dont enforce the no partying rules good luck sleeping

They charge close to Post On Nord rent prices and fees but dont have Post On Nord amenities or security (not even close). Break-ins from homeless people are routine, and they do nothing about people who throw parties (which is good if youre a party person, except now your car is more likely to be damaged depending on where its parked, and itll be harder to get to sleep if you need peace and quiet) EDIT: management is also very uncoordinated with the parking spots and frequently tow cars which belong to residents (!!!)
