West Coast Shutters replaced our old non-functioning Electric Roller Shades. Mohammed is very knowlegable and has a great attitude! After they finished the job, there was something I didnt like about the way the shade stood, so I called Mohammed and he came the very next day and fixed it, and eventually we figured out it wasnt the way they installed it but that the ceiling and floor were slightly crooked. That's what I call customer service, and I am very satisfied with the service I was provided. I would recommed West Coast Shutters to anyone who needs any kind of shade/blinds repaired or replaced.

I had West Coast Shutters do the blinds and shutters for my new home. The owner Mohammed came by my house to measure my windows and go over options. He was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to his products. The quality of the blinds are very good and I was quite happy with the installation and price. Although, I did take off one star in what otherwise would have been a 5 star review. They forgot to do one of my windows and had to come back to get it done, it was just a small mistake since they forgot to include it on our order. Mohammed was able to take care of it, but I am taking off the star just due to the inconvenience.
